Privacy Notice

Last updated: November 2, 2026

XI:XI Strategy ("we") provides bookkeeping support, workshops and one-to-one consulting for small business owners. This notice says what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone), registration and intake answers, payment confirmations from our payment processor, and — for bookkeeping and cleanup work — the business documents you choose to share, such as bank and card statements, invoices and reports.

What we never ask for

We never ask you to share your bank or accounting logins or passwords. If we ever need access to a system for your work, we agree on it with you in writing first.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service you booked, communicate with you about it, meet legal obligations, and — if you signed up for workshop news — send workshop announcements. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors we need to run the service (payment, email, forms, secure file transfer), each under their own privacy terms.

How we store it

Documents are transferred through secure upload tools, not regular email, and stored in access-controlled accounts. We keep client working files while we work together and for up to 12 months after the engagement ends, then delete them. Registration and payment records may be kept longer where the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from workshop news at any time — write to lana@xixistrategy.com.

Security incidents

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. 501.171).
