XI:XI Strategy. Workshops and materials are general education about business finance. I am an accountant, not an attorney or a CPA. Nothing here is legal advice, tax advice, or advice on choosing or forming a business entity. Please consult your own attorney and CPA. Attending a workshop does not create a client relationship. One-on-one services are provided only under a written agreement.
Payment is due at registration and reserves your seat. Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session. If you cancel later or cannot attend, you may reschedule once, free, to a later date. No refund after the session starts.
If XI:XI Strategy cancels or reschedules a session, you choose a full refund or a seat at the new date.
Live sessions run online (Google Meet). The meeting link is sent to registered participants only and is not transferable. Please do not share it.
Sessions may be recorded for registered participants who missed the live session. The host announces recording at the start; staying in the session means you agree to be recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the host at the start — you can keep your camera and microphone off and use chat.
Checklists, sheets and other materials are for your own business use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
Individual sessions (Clarity Call, Private Workshop) are one-to-one consulting on accounting and financial strategy, individual to your business. They are not legal or tax advice and do not replace a licensed attorney or a CPA. Time is scheduled with you after payment; sections 2 and 3 apply the same way.
Education is provided in good faith from the host's professional experience and public sources. You are responsible for decisions you make for your business. To the extent permitted by law, XI:XI Strategy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session.
